A weekly calendar template gets realistic about the hours you have for meetings, recurring tasks, etc to see how many hours you actually have to work on projects and goals.

A master launch template lays out the steps in your marketing and/or creation processes, and tracks your time as you create to ensure you’re being realistic about the time it takes.

When both are improved over time and used together, they allow us to realistically estimate how soon it’s feasible to launch, how many projects we can take on at a time, etc.

It took me 10 years to create this for myself, so show yourself grace and celebrate you have this now!

Note to self: Leave buffer. Paint in watercolor as life will shift, so keep returning to this.

Pro tip: Add in holidays, breaks, rest seasons to ensure you aren’t booking yourself solid all year from the top. We tend to overestimate what we can do, so create a very spacious year from the start.
