First 6 steps is a self-inquiry process around wants for us and the other, judgements we might hold, our emotions around the potential conversation, and how we might have been contributing. The 7th Step we learn next week. 🐿️

The process allows us to seek answers in our heart, and to be aware of our limitations, and to try to speak authentically to our emotions, if we are holding the skills of emotional literacy.
