In honor of the equinox, I extended an invitation to a Listening Circle ‘Syntropy. What is here?’ to explore Syntropy from as many perspectives as possible in an attempt to learn what synergies might want to emerge for the adventures to come.

Sadly, we lost connection with

Diogo⁠

due to stormy weather in Brazil, and so we missed out on listening to his experience in Syntropic Agroforestry. 🌳

Since the Listening Circle, I’ve been contemplating the struggles I experienced to fully accept entropy; the step from noticing to accepting entropy was and still is a whole lot of inner work, which is at times a painful process of letting go of many habits; such as judging myself/others/situations, or applying force towards certain outcomes, and/or trying to prevent them from happening.

Once I accepted entropy for being complementary to syntropy, I slowly became aware of the very next step I would need to inhabit in order to generate a harmony between syntropy and entropy in and around me, which is to embrace.

I only started to play with embracing entropy, and so far it feels like an intimidating dance of action and reflection with unknown steps, accompanied with heaps of curiosity. 💃🏼

This dance requires of me to always be fully present, which I only can be when I move with integrity, compassion, and in radical tenderness with myself and the field I am in. I only know little about the dance, yet I came to understand that it is foundational, and equally infinite to my learning. ♾️

This all might sound linear, and my journey has probably been linear to some degree. Yet my experience is more like an on-going integration; which supports me in building my capacities for awareness, and wholehearted presence. 💗

I am deeply grateful for the many beautiful, visible and (yet) invisible gifts that were brought to the circle, so generously. A very special heartfelt thank you to Trent who held space for the Listening Circle in the most trent-astic way, there is a reason why my heart calls him ‘King of Space’. 👑💛
