1. PLM Data (Product Measurements)

SAIZ requires graded measurement tables - the per-article, per-size garment dimensions your product team already uses. These are typically stored in your PLM/PIM system (e.g. Centric, WFX, Koppermann, FlexPLM).

Data format

We accept CSV, Excel, or JSON, we can also provide an API. Your existing PLM export format usually works without modification. The format is agnostic. SAIZ can read any format/ content configuration you have on your product data.

How to deliver

You have two options for transferring product data:
Option A - Automated integration (recommended) Your IT team builds an integration to your PLM/PIM system that automatically pushes product data files to a dedicated SAIZ SFTP server. You receive SSH key credentials during onboarding.
Option B - Manual upload Your product team manually uploads files to the SFTP server. Recommended cadence: at least 1–2x per month, and always before new product go-lives.
We also support API-based ingestion if SFTP doesn't fit your setup. Contact to discuss.
Important: Product IDs in the PLM data must match the IDs used in your online shop. Mismatched IDs are the #1 cause of integration issues.

Algo config: Fit models

Please also share your fit model data for each brand, subcategory that your product team uses.
This is a one-time information sharing. Example data: this can be a pdf, excel sheet.
