SAIZ Integration Guide

Overview

SAIZ connects to your existing product systems, ingests garment-level measurement data, and delivers sizing intelligence directly in your online shop - reducing size-related returns.
Integration has three pillars, each independent and handled in parallel:

Key principle: One frontend integration powers all SAIZ extensions - Recommender, Fit Nudge, and Size Chart. The same code works on any page: PDP, gallery, or checkout. You integrate once; we configure which extensions appear where.

Some useful Info

Data Privacy

SAIZ is designed for full GDPR compliance.
How cookie consent works: The SAIZ JavaScript loads regardless of cookie consent. This is required for extensions like Fit Nudge and Size Chart, which display static sizing information and do not require cookies.
The Size Recommender requires cookie consent because it processes user input. SAIZ handles this logic internally - the recommender only activates when the user has accepted SAIZ cookies. Your team needs to register SAIZ (as well as Google Analytics) as a cookie in your consent management platform (e.g. Cookiebot, OneTrust, Usercentrics). We provide the cookie specification during onboarding.
