Facetime
Facetime calls have to be initiated from an Apple device — iPhone, iPad or Mac — but can be joined by Windows and Android users. They are free, but limited to 32 people — so may work for E-Board meetings, but not a large club meeting.
Live captions are supported, you can share your screen, and you can create a meeting link that can be shared beforehand, and even used for recurring meetings.
