Dory and Pulse are two of Coda’s most popular rituals.

Creating open dialogue with your team helps you understand your team’s needs. Prompt your team to add discussion topics to the Dory—named for the question-asking fish—and sentiments to the Pulse table, then discuss either live or async to make everyone’s voice heard.
