Decide on a frequency for setting and checking in on goals (weekly? monthly? quarterly?). Identify if these goals are already set appropriately elsewhere (and can be embedded / linked / copied) or if this is a unique list. Decide who will conduct the evaluation—employee, manager, joint, or both independently. Review goal progress from weekly discussion notes. and input your own goals when you’re ready to get started.
