Review goals

Track performance goals and growth.
When tracking growth, we generally follow these steps:
Decide on a frequency for setting and checking in on goals (weekly? monthly? quarterly?).
Identify if these goals are already set appropriately elsewhere (and can be embedded / linked / copied) or if this is a unique list.
Decide who will conduct the evaluation—employee, manager, joint, or both independently.
Review goal progress from weekly discussion notes.
