RORA Core Responsibilities

These are the things that everyone in the team must be doing - as a minimum. You should be familiar as these elaborate on the

Work in accordance with our FinOps/PeopleOps essentials where we run the function

Send working day updates on work to do/done and outstanding tasks

Review priorities kanban weekly inc. task status with RORA team and partner

Review time available weekly inc. holiday & leave with RORA team and partner

Escalate significant mistakes/issues to PartnerOps team in the week they occur

Engage with quarterly appraisal process including providing honest feedback to your team

Meet with your Pod Lead monthly to discuss your development

Engage with your Pod regularly to learn and teach others

We don’t think it’s much, but we think they are essential.

So not meeting these core responsibilities is considered a performance issue.
