You’ve been selected to join our contracting team - congratulations! This is how the process runs from here forward, including your main points of contact.
Initial setup
You will receive an overarching RORA Contractor Agreement to sign. We also need the details of your contracting company (if you’ve got one).
Before you start with your first RORA partner we must have a copy of your liability insurance.
You’ll receive logins to RORA’s core systems. Once you’ve activated Google Workspace, you’ll then use the same logins (SSO) to activate: Notion, Slack, Coda and Resource Guru
Keep us in the loop if your availability changes for any reason.
you’ll be assigned to a L&D pod and your Pod lead will invite you to weekly development sessions
We’d love it if you joined our L&D sessions when you can.

Meeting prospective partners
When we find a prospective partner who can use your support, Charlie will brief you to ensure it’s a good fit. All being well you’ll then meet them to discuss further.
Keep checking your RORA email and slack. Opportunities move fast and so will we.

Starting work
Once a contract has been signed by the partner, we’ll sign a matching one with you for the agreed scope.
Teri will update your schedule in Resource Guru to reflect your Partner work and will be in touch periodically to check on your availability for other work.
We aim to fill all our contractors availability within 6-8weeks of joining our team.
