❓ Can I use my L&D time to plan the holiday cover?
🅰️ Nope. Learning & Development time is for just that. Plan the cover you need with your partners, in their allotted time - you’re working for them!
❓ Should I be available to fix emergencies while I’m away?
🅰️ No way. You’ve planned your cover. That’s what it is for. You can relax totally guilt free
