Purpose/Context

The Greeter / Registration + Cleanup role at unDavos Summit is a multifaceted role pivotal for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the event space.

Responsibilities

Greetings and Check-in:
Warmly greet attendees at the door.
Check in participants using the Luma mobile app. On Venture Day, handle payments or confirm completed payments.
Opportunity for extensive networking in the lobby area.
Reach out to to get access to to be able to register tickets in the door.
Registration Desk Duties:
Welcome attendees, check their names, and distribute badges.
Be stationed at the reception to assist people and answer questions.
Ensure a smooth flow, filtering attendees to prioritize correct access.
Cleanup:
Rapidly clean up post-session, handling rubbish, leftover glasses, and food.
Reposition chairs and organize the event space for the next session.

Skills Needed

For Greeter / Registration:
Proficient in using the Luma mobile app for registration.
Ability to handle queries effectively.
Friendly and quick-working, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
Capable of managing unexpected situations, like unregistered attendees.
For Cleanup:
Willingness to perform hands-on tasks.
Efficient and thorough in cleaning and reorganizing the space.
