Lecture notes, references or teaching materials will be shared (at least 24 hours) before the class in the CODA.
A set of questions (or agenda of the lecture) will be sent together with lecture notes.
In the lecture the answer to the questions will be discussed and elobrated, student are expected to contribute and participate in the discussion, sharing their view, experience and insight on the subject discussed.
After each class, the student is required to answer the questions and issue discussed in a short report format.
Seminar and Presentation
This is going to be part of the assignment given where the student is required to prepare for a formal presentation on the topics/area identified.
Self Learning and Exploration
A student might be required to study and explore a building technology of their preference. The outcome of the exploration must be shared in class in form of presentation, demonstration and report.
Design Integration Tutorial
Since this subject is highly integrated to Advanced Studio Design I, some session is allocated as design integration tutorials:
Student needs to show their proposed design drawings
Discussion with the lecturers on the design issues and solutions related to Advanced Building Technology A in class
The discussion outcomes will be part of the final assignment and final presentation drawing.
