In applying the technology as discussed in Topic 1, we need to understand that we are doing it for this 4 main reasons:
1. Greater Margin.
2. Greater Complexity,
3. Greater Safety and
4. Greater Quality of Life.
In order to understand the dynamic of this technology further; we need to understand the roles of construction industry in realising the goals of the technology adoption. Two of the recent movement that getting high intention from the industry is Circular Economics and Lean Construction.
