FBO Management

This section refers to the management of the main "For Benefit Of" (FBO) account structure.
Core Architecture: The platform is built on a single, primary Bangor Savings Bank (BSB) account.
Compliance: This architecture is a significant compliance improvement over the previous system, which used a single "trust account" at Huntington Bank for all incoming invoices and outgoing premium payments. That "slush fund" model was non-compliant and led to carriers rejecting payments.
Holding Balance: The "holding balance" displayed on the platform's homepage is not the live BSB account balance. It is a technologically calculated balance that shows how the total funds in the main BSB pot are split between unassigned funds and funds allocated to specific organizations.
