Welcome to the Payments Platform, Remodel Health's internal system for managing payment operations related to member benefits. This platform is designed to ensure compliance, automate funding workflows, and provide the Financial Operations (FinOps) team with an effective for auditing and managing payments.
The platform's architecture relies on four key components:
Bangor Savings Bank (BSB): We utilize a main holding account with BSB.
Treasury Prime: This fintech aggregator works with BSB to create individual, sub-ledgered bank accounts for each member.
Alloy: This system is used to perform all mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) background checks before an account is approved.
Marqeta: Our debit card issuer, with each member having a unique debit card connected to their Treasury Prime-issued checking accounts.
This documentation is structured to follow the platform's hierarchy, from high-level tracking down to individual member account management.
