It has an area of ​​664 hectares, which are distributed mainly along the coastal area and go from the lighthouse of the town of Tulum to the area known as Casa Cenote. It constitutes the only terrestrial Protected Natural Area (Anp) in the Cancun-tulum corridor (Riviera Maya) and is located around the archaeological zone renowned as the “walled” demarcation of Tulum.
