1. Use the
Sentiment Tracker
to track your sentiments on a regular basis.
Choose a
cadence
that works for you (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). Your graph
Log your
sentiment/mood
on a scale of 1-5.
Log your
✅ Energy Supporters
and/or
❌ Energy Drainers
based on what was
helpful
and
not helpful
for your energy.
If you’d like to use
word clouds
in the
Energy Patterns
section to visually spot patterns in your reflections, be sure to use
simple, succinct phrases attached by hyphens
e.g. record ‘caffeine-free’ instead of ‘went without coffee’, or ‘intermittent-fasting’ instead of ‘intermittent fasting’)
Feel free to
customize
the
sentiment database
. For example:
You can change the icon for the sentiment.
You can add or change the columns of the table to suit your preferred inputs.
2. Use the
Life Energy Graph
as a dashboard overview of your energy history.
Feel free to

the graph, by hovering over the top of the graph and clicking ‘Display’ at the top. For example:
You can change the graph from having a smooth line to a jagged/pointed line.
You can change the color of the graph.
