Copy the doc (top right button) to use this checklist. (You’ll need to create a Coda account)

Start a Canva Video
b. Optional: Click ‘Video’ to start creating a new video. Explore and choose a video template (left). Otherwise, you can simply build from scratch.
Tip: Keep things simple, since the video ought to calm you, and not be visually cluttered.

Find Images
a. Choose Personal Photos (3-5)
b. Choose Stock Photos/Video (see Canva’s left sidebar) (3-5)
c. Upload Personal Photos to Canva

Add Quotes
Add your quotes to the table below OR copy & paste directly into your Canva slides

Pick a music track
c. Upload the mp3 file into Canva (under ‘Uploads)

Rearrange images & quotes as you like!
Tip: To make an image/video fill up the slide, right-click on it and select ‘Replace background’

Add Transitions & Animations
Tip: Click on the little bowtie icon in between slides and choose ‘Dissolve’ (if not already chosen). Then click ‘Apply to all pages’ (bottom left)
Tip: To animate an image, click on image and select ‘Animations’ (top) and select ‘Breathe’ or ‘Fade’

Download your mp4 file
When ready, download the file and/or save the URL to share with others!
