How to Use Coda

There are two functions of the platform.
Weekly check-ins
Tracking task progress

Tasks

For tracking tasks, you need to use the document. This has all your current tasks with their deadlines. If your deadlines ever need to be changed, make sure to refer to and contact Foleso immediately.
The first thing you’ll see is a card view of all your tasks.

Card View

Changing Status

You can change a tasks’ status by dragging a card and moving it from one column to another.

Detailed View

If you want to add notes or more details to a card, you can do so by clicking it. This will open a full view of the task, where you can add sub-tasks and more. This is purely for your own reference, although I do recommend adding any research, notes, etc. to your tasks so that they can be referenced in an organized manner.

Finally, there are two buttons on the top of the page.

Changing Views

The Table View takes you to a Table View of your tasks. This is especially useful when on mobile, where you can’t drag and drop tasks.

Adding Tasks

The Add New Task button takes you to a form where you can add a new task. This is useful if you want to add more detailed tasks than what is provided, or assign tasks to your team members.
