Edit Model Portfolio

Once a model is created, you can add/edit the holdings and weights manually or via

Add Investment

To add an investment to the mode, click the Add Investment button

This will launch the investment sidebar where you can search for available investments. Once you have found the desired, click on the name to add it to the model.
Note multiple investment can be added without closing the investment sidebar

Once the investment is added to the Model, you will need to edit weights to ensure they sum to 100%.

Edit Weights

To edit the weights in a model portfolio holding, click the Change Weights button

This will toggle the weights into edit mode and and Edit Weight column will now be visible

Enter the new weight in the Edit Weight column and press Enter Key when done.
Weights should be entered up to 2 decimal places. e.g. 51.52% should be entered as 51.52 (any trailing percentage signs will be automatically removed).
Continue entering weights until the total sums to 100%. If the weights do not sum to 100%, the Invalid Portfolio message will remain.

Once the Edit Weight sum to 100%, the error validation with be removed.

Save New Weights

Once the new weights have been entered, the user must save the weights as proposed or Draft changes. This simply means that the weights have been saved on the Model, but have no yet been applied to the clients.
Before clicking the Save Draft button, the user must enter a note to go along with the change. This note provides a reference or a reason for the weight change.

Once a note has been entered, and the weights have been changed, the changes will be displayed in the NewWeight column in the Model Portfolio

Note that the Warning message that to submit a rebalance will show while there are changes that have no been applied to the clients. In order to apply the changes, and must be completed
