This page provides instructions on how to Create and Reset Passwords for Agent Users in PortfolioCloud
Creating a New Agent Login
Sign in to PortfolioCloud
Click on Settings > Agents
The click on the Agent Name link to navigate to the Agent Level Settings
Click on the New Agent Login button to create a new Agent User
Enter the details for the new user.
Note: ‘Given Name’, ‘Family Name’, ‘Primary Phone’ and ‘Email Address’ are required fields
Click Create Agent Login button to create the Agent User
Agent User will be created in the Agent Login section
Reset Password
To create or reset a user password, click the Reset Password button on the user row
Then click OK to confirm sending a password reset email to the user
An email will then be sent to the user to reset their password.
To reset their password, the user must click the click here link in the email.
User will then be redirected to a page to enter and confirm their password
After successfully setting or changing their password, the user can click the Back to PortfolioCloud button to log in.
