Reset User Password

Password Reset can be triggered by any Admin/Agent user in the system.
To reset the password for a user, Click on Settings > Agent and then click on the Name of the Agent group you want to manage

Once the Agent Dashboard loads, find the user you wish to reset, click on Reset Password

Then click OK to confirm reseting of the user password

The user will then receive an email to reset their password and log into PortfolioCloud
