As a SAP Controlling consultant and accountant, I did not think that Coda would replace spreadsheets in my day to day work to the extent that it has.

This doc has some random examples of things that are traditionally done in spreadsheet, but which can be as easily (and better?) done in Coda.

These may not be optimal. But what is important is that one needs to think in Coda, not Excel.

They are by far not the same thing.
