Self-evaluation - who are my saboteurs?

In the field of personal development, it is common to hear about the phenomenon of the saboteur, as a persona holding us back or limiting us in the pursuit of our goals.
For Shirzad Chamine, we have 9 saboteurs. The action of these saboteurs explains in part our level of mental fitness.

Doing the saboteurs test allows you to bring to light your inhibitors and blockages. It is therefore a very useful exercise in a coaching process. Reducing the influence of our saboteurs frees up energy towards the goal.
