This tool is about getting unstuck. Wen you feel your client is in resistance, you can use it to help him getting overcome the situation.
STEP 1 - Acknowledge
This are the way they are. The first block is about resisting to reality as it is. Questions you might ask:
What can you acknowledge ? Do you want to acknowledge it ?
STEP 2 - Making a decision
Making a decision aligns with the direction of your focus and allows energy to flow into one direction. Questions you might use when acknowledging has taken place
Do you want to make a decision? Tell me when you are done.
STEP 3 - Letting Go
This concerns helping your client releasing a fixed position, e.g. you client may want being right, he could be stuck with limiting beliefs, assumptions... He might be stuck with a bad habit, etc.
