What Get to know the person

Why To find out how this person is in communication, what are his goals and motivation, evaluate personal qualities and soft skills

Who Product Designer (up to 2), PD (up to 2)

What Candidate showcases 1 or 2 projects of her choice

Why Evaluate candidate's design thinking and process, see how she approaches problem solving and get an understanding of his experience

Optional, and depends on the Stage 2 performance

Who Domain PD Lead, Domain PD, Domain Product Designer

What Getting to know the team

Why To get an understanding whether both sides will be comfortable to work with each other

Who CPO

What Casual talk with CPO, might include some business or product related topics

Why For company to receive approval from CPO on the candidate

Who HR Partner

What HR Partner holds the last interview and provides offer to the candidate

Why To finalize the HR process and get a response from candidate
