What you’ll do
Design and integrate new features, update existing ones, and be responsible for result which is delivered to our users Understand our users’ behaviour and their pain points either through analytics or by talking to them Contribute to and improve design system Affect the product roadmap via collaboration with Product Management team We expect that you
Masterfully work with usual set of instruments (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika, etc.) Research the problem before starting to work on it (either through analysis of the market, user feedback, data, or your own experience) Understand how the testing of product solution should be executed (A/B testing, interviews, corridor testing, etc.) Are able to provide good quality copy in the interfaces Can manage your time independently Have a portfolio of your work, which you can present to us It’d be great if you can
Read and communicate fluently in English Test the product on users by yourself Can independently lead the project from idea to rolling it to production to analysis of its performance If you think that you are a good match
