Instructions
This is the Heart of the Modern Strategic Planning Process: The Portfolio KanBan. Epic/Enabler Owners are responsible for updating information and keep the flow along the Board. Modern Strategic Planning Team Members should discuss Work in Process (WIP) Limits. The Epic / Enabler Owner should do the following Steps:
