2.2 Key Results

Event Page. Here we will define Key Results for each of the Enterprise wide Objectives previously established. Ideally no more and no less than five Key Results for each Objective
Instructions
There should be no more than five Key results for each Objective Defined previously. Strategic Planning Team Members should do the following Steps:
In "PART 1 - Establish Key Results" Section...
STEP 1: Key Results are grouped by Objectives. Enter Key Results at own discretion. One row per Key Result
STEP 2: Group and consolidate similar Key Results. Add or delete rows as necessary
STEP 3: Upvote or downvote Key Results to prioritize them. If more than 5 KR per Obj., maintain relevant ones
STEP 4: Agree on final list of Key Results for each Objective. Check "Selected" Accordingly
In "PART 2 - Evaluate Results" Section...
STEP 5: Choose one of the DVS Tables. Take the time to evaluate each Key Result as directed
STEP 6: Discuss if the KR is quantitative, measurable, and NOT an Epic or Initiative. Check as appropriate
STEP 7: Vote in each Key Result if you consider it to be understood or controllable
STEP 8: Review Key Results and change or adjust as necessary
