Introduction: My name is Dr. Melinda Payton, and I hold a master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on technology and a doctorate in higher education. My dissertation focused on teacher’s perception of technology use in the secondary classroom. My passion is teaching technology to students and finding new ways to help them succeed.
