Students will be allowed to redo assignments only with the attached form. It must be submitted to me within 10 days of the assignment going into the gradebook. If an assignment is not yet in the gradebook, please do not ask to redo it. I offer multiple chances to improve your grade for most assignments, but once you run out of those opportunities, you will need to print this form and have your parent/guardian sign it. When I receive a parent-signed copy, the student must make an appointment with me to come to tutoring. We need to figure out why you are not able to pass the assignment.
