Corporates and Individuals records should be able to be interrelated in order to express various types of business relationships (Executive roles, Shareholding, Directorship...)
Indexed Countries/Jurisdictions
Corporates and Individuals should be connected to a pre-defined / indexed list of Countries/Jurisdictions
Custom data fields
Corporates and Individuals data sets should have custom fields of various data types matching current and future business requirements. Minimum requirement would be to be able to store and process all data existing in current paper-based forms
Clients Files attachments
File attachments should be made possible on each Corporates and Individuals data records

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DETAILS


The Service Provider proposes to address the implementation of the required Business Features in a 2-step approach:
Implementation of a ‘Minimum Viable Product’ (MVP) over a defined timeline
Ongoing work over the life cycle of the system in order to:
improve potential inadequacies revealed as adoption increases
adjust implemented features to meet whichever evolving business environment and requirements
implement features which have been left out of the MVP step

MVP is defined as the foundation implementation of the required features which:
covers sufficient scope to initiate significant business transformation
triggers significant users adoption
provides a robust data framework for further evolution
