Project Cost & Timing Assessment
This document has been prepared to provide a common understanding between:
Paoma (the Service Provider) and on Professional Services to be rendered by the Service Provider in the context of the following project.
PROJECT DETAILS
The Scope of Work is defined as the Customisation and/or Integration of publicly available online/cloud-based business applications so as to provide the following set of business features:
Business Management Backend on the foundation of a CRM-grade online/SaaS application service Advertisers/Customers Portfolio Campaigns commissioned by Advertisers through Influencers Subsequent Business transactions (Quotes, Orders, Invoicing, Purchases....) Accounting Package integration of Invoicing for Customers (Advertisers) and Vendors (Influencers) Programmatic Automations in order to integrate Social Media Actuals data in relation with campaigns commissioned by Advertisers through Influencers Online Portal/App access for the above for: Project Approach
The Service Provider proposes to address the implementation of the required Business Features in a 3-step approach:
Preparation of a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) Document for the purpose of the Client’s requirements. This includes: Observations and Analysis of the currently existing business processes Definition of an ideal ‘To-be’ mode of operation including potentially required business processes amendments on a progressive basis Review of the existing Software/Digital tools Definition of a platform-independent software architecture (Data Layer, Office/Management Interface, Front-End/Portal Interface, External Systems API Integration...) on a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) basis. Implementation of a ‘Minimum Viable Product’ (MVP) over a defined timeline Ongoing work over the life cycle of the system in order to: improve potential inadequacies revealed as adoption increases adjust implemented features to meet whichever evolving business environment and requirements implement features which have been left out of the MVP step
MVP is defined as the foundation implementation of the required features which:
covers sufficient scope to initiate significant business transformation triggers significant users adoption provides a robust data framework for further evolution PROJECT METHODOLOGY
The Service Provider makes the following set of Profiles and Skills for the project MVP implementation and ongoing lifecycle:
Flexible combination of the above profiles and skills by the shall be provided as a Project Work Unit (PWU) for durations ranging from a Half-Day to a Full-Day workload depending of project stages and requirements.

FINANCIALS
Budget valuation is computed by allocating quantities of PWUs to the respective stages of implementation.
The following services/supplies will be required. Related cost shall be born by the client directly. The Service Provider does not warrant price stability over time.
