Running experiment is an essential process of ensuring that each project runs most effectively.
We will often be making decisions based on gut feeling, which might work fine, but there might be a better way to do things, which we’ll usually only realise once we’ve tested the decisions against a new one.
This is why we’ve decided to assign everyone the task to set up an experiment > Measure the results > Leave or change the project that you experimented on, based on the results.
The project you want to experiment on is up to you to choose; it can be as complicated or as simple as you, depending on how useful it is to experiment on it.
Pick a project that you want to run an experiment on. Write down the current results/outcome. Think of different ways the project could be done. Plan how you will execute your experiment. (Don’t hesitate to reach out to anyone for help if you aren’t sure how to approach A/B testing or need help with technical implementation). Make changes to your project or discuss the results with the team.
