How do we work?

These are the tools that the team uses the most on a daily basis. It's important to familiarise yourself with them, as most of the time will be spent with these tools. You can check-out the "tutorials" section to see how each one works.

Team communication: Slack

Slack is a direct messaging tool that essentially replaces emails within the team. Think of it as as Whatsapp, but with much more features.
In Slack, you can direct message someone, or write in the “channels” to communicate with the team. Channels are essentially “groups”.

Project management & task assignment: Asana


Asana is used to manage projects by breaking them down into tasks. We use it to assign tasks based on projects and divisions. You can also use the “My tasks” section to create your own tasks, which are only visible to yourself.

Manage and organize data:


is another tool that we heavily use. Most data about projects and operations will be found here. You will find all docs that you have access to here: . Coda is essentially Google sheets, Google docs, Automation, SQL database all in one, and one steroids. It’s important to familiarise yourself with the platform well, as you will often use it.
