1. Start with Sharp Problems

Building successful products today is predicated on consistently finding solutions that customers can rave about.
Because of this requirement, it's critical that product management understands how to uncover and prioritize customer problems starting with the sharpest.
Sharp problems are pain points in your target customer’s workflow that steals their time, energy, money, focus, or talent. Once they experience the right solution to this problem, the target customer can’t live without it.
You should be constantly adjusting your product or feature roadmap to prioritize solving the sharpest problems next.

Questions to find sharp problems:

What is still hard for the customer? Even with the level of technology (tools) they commonly have? What saps their time, productivity, and energy? What represents toil?
What will make the customer feel 3-5x more productive and expand the work potential to a strongly perceptible point for them?
