About us
Otermans Institute (OI) is a global education and upskilling firm that provides support to underserved and unserved learners. They are technologically driven and work primarily with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support learners globally - particularly by creating digital human teachers using state-of-the-art conversational AI. This role is for an immediate/May start and is currently virtual/remote. Following the probation period, successful candidates become full-time team members and also receive additional payment increase.
The ideal candidate will:
• Create media contents (captions, pictures, videos)
• Draft email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target
• Track & measure social media campaigns initiatives
• Optimise our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
• Find speakers’ opportunities (70% online)
• Draft press releases, speeches and other PR copy
Essential Skills
• Good communication skills, accuracy, and good attention to detail
• Native English or (Close to Native)
• Ability to work independently
• Well-organised and self-motivated
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Twitch, Snapchat, Tik Tok)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Budget Savvy
Nice to have
• experience with tech products
• passionate about Artificial Intelligence
• previous experience with Organic Marketing Campaigns (either offline or online)
• Experience with Loomly, Buffer, Sendinblue, and Meta Suite
Role
You will work to solve real-world problems and on production-level outputs. You will learn key marketing techniques on the job, and be able to take direct responsibility of output from a very early part of your journey with OI. You will learn the transferable skills needed for high-level marketing roles.
Post completion
A minimum of one candidate will be taken in as a full-time team member with scope for future work from our London office after becoming a permanent member of staff. The probation period is 4-months.
Recruitment Process

Stage 1: video interview with a member of our marketing team @ Otermans Institute
Stage 2: an activity/task to complete and submit
Stage 3: final interview with senior management
