Otermans Institute (OI) provides transferable and employability skills training to some of the more underserved and unserved learners in ten countries globally including Iraq, Nepal, Lebanon, and India. Through our training, we are supporting learners who are forced out of school due to the pandemic, those who are in extremely remote locations, and those who have been affected by violence and war-like refugees in United Nations camps. We often work closely with governments including in the UK, NGOs and UN bodies to help up-skill such learners and help them become more employable. Through our work, we have impacted 30,000+ learners just last year.
