Ensure that the process documentation is thorough and consistent.
Monitor the implementation of process documents.
Create and maintain training materials, course content, and onboarding guides.
Ensure documentation supports the training programs and development goals.
Evaluate and update training documents based on feedback
Oversee the creation, organization, and accessibility of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure knowledge is properly documented and shared across departments.
Manage and update knowledge base resources.
Prepare documentation for case study and best practices across department.
Document all automated processes and systems.
Create user manuals and system guides for automation tools.
Maintain technical documentation for system rollouts and updates.

Ensure all KM tools and resources are properly documented and accessible.
Review and approve system-related documentation and ensure alignment with automation objectives.
Verify technical accuracy before rollouts.

Collaboration & Updates
Collaborate with the Process Manager to ensure that documentation aligns with overall business enablement strategy.
Facilitate updates to documentation as processes evolve.
Coordinate with LD, KM, and AS to ensure their processes are fully documented.
Provide guidance on necessary updates and revisions.
Work with KM and Process Manager to align training documentation with other knowledge-sharing resources.
Update training materials as new tools and processes are introduced.
Collaborate with LD and AS teams to align SOPs and knowledge-sharing documentation.
Ensure documentation is updated as systems or processes evolve.
Work with KM and LD to ensure technical documentation supports training and operational needs.
Update system documentation based on user feedback and new feature rollouts.
