Notion is built on the principal that table rows function as (and truly are) their own page. Coda is far more flexible in its ability to accommodate a wide variety of design schema. There are a number of ways to approximate Notion’s row-as-table functionality.
A very similar construction is possible by opening rows into their ‘Full Screen’ (modal) view. All data you would like to have on that ‘page’ is simply a column in the table. If you would like to have data visible on the ‘page’ view but not in the table, such columns can be hidden.
This means that you can have a project description that is visible on the full screen view but not in the table view. Additionally, you can link to other rows just like a Notion relation or even pull in a full table like a Notion linked-database.
A simple example of using this schema for a projects/tasks setup is as follows:

The [Tasks] column is a filtered view (Lookup) of the 'Tasks' table below. In table form, it shows a list of rows (tasks), but in the full screen view, tasks are shown in table (or card) form.

The [Description] column is not visible in table view, only in the full screen view.

Hover over the left edge of a row and click 'Expand Row' to open a project into a full
screen view. (another option is to use the Activate() formula to create a button which opens the row into the full screen view, as seen in the 'Open' button on the right)
