Characters: the people who write our company's story.

We say “characters” for roles/positions/jobs because we think of our work as a “story” that is constantly being written by each new person who joins our movement. We also call our cohorts “chapters”.

The characters of The Residency are curious, intentional, ambitious, respectful individuals who have taste.

They are not pessimistic and they do not lie.

The characters we are looking for right now

Community Architect⁠

: live and work alongside residents, ensuring a thriving community (~5 hours per week, IRL)

Design Intern⁠

: turn The Residency into a work of art (part time)

⁠

Donor Relations⁠

: help secure fund from foundations, governments, universities, and individuals (part time)
