How to do Good Customer Service to the Clients

Make sure you send professional updates with descriptive formal updates to the clients when you are working throughout the day. Try to send as many progress updates in the day as possible.
If the client messages in the channel try to respond. Even if they tag @Charles you are required to respond.
Forward the message into the Newson-office channel if you need assistance.

If you have checked their onboarding form on Monday.com, their Campaigns on Newson/Heyreach, and pipeline sheet then you will be able to answer their questions for them.
