1. Fabric Dashboard Purpose

The dashboards act as the control panel for clients. They bring all key marketing data, alerts, and AI insights into one place. Each client gets a customized view built on the same backbone, but tailored to their stack (social, ads, email, PR, etc.).

2. Core Modules (Baseline for Every Dashboard)

Overview / Executive Summary
High-level KPIs at a glance (traffic, engagement, conversions, reputation score).
AI-generated “pulse check” (what’s working, what needs attention).
Social Engine Panel
Followers, reach, engagement, posting cadence.
Top-performing content and audience breakdown.
Ads Engine Panel
Spend, ROI, cost per lead/conversion.
AI recommendations: “shift $X from FB to IG” / “pause underperforming ad.”
Email Engine Panel
Open rates, click rates, conversions.
Automation health (e.g., abandoned cart flows firing properly).
Brand Framework Tracker
Consistency score (messaging alignment, creative audit).
Asset usage (logo, brand colors, templates).
Reputation Center Panel
Mentions, sentiment, reviews, trending topics.
Alerts for crises/opportunities.

3. Smart Features

AI Alerts & Nudges: “Time to refresh creative” or “Sentiment dropped 12% this week.”
To-Do Integration: Each alert can convert to an action/task (push to Coda/Asana/Trello).
Upsell Prompts: Flag when a client may need more support (e.g., “ads ROI is capped, consider testing new channel”).
Client Notes: Built-in space for us to add context/explanations.

4. Technical Backbone

Data Sources: Social APIs (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), email (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot), reputation (Awario, Google Reviews).
Visualization Layer: Looker Studio, Geckoboard, Hex, or custom React dashboards (depending on how much control you want).
Automation/AI Layer: Connect via Zapier, Make, or direct API → feed into AI summarization (ChatGPT or fine-tuned model).

5. User Experience

Client-Facing: Clean, branded dashboard. No overwhelming raw data — insights first.
Internal: Deeper, detailed dashboards for account managers.
White-Label Ready: So it feels like their system, not just ours.

6. Roadmap

Phase 1: Prototype
Pick visualization tool (Looker Studio vs Geckoboard vs custom).
Build a Core Presence dashboard (social + reporting only).
Test with 1–2 pilot clients.
Phase 2: Expand Modules
Add Ads + Email panels.
Implement AI alerts + sentiment tracking.
Phase 3: Scale
Deploy across clients with modular build.
Layer in upsell automation and ticketing integration.
