What do we want from volunteers
Awareness via social media. Ultimate impact 10,000 engagements in total per volunteer. 12 support group sessions led. A new functional tech tool built for the transplant coordinators.

How we will track this
All volunteers added to the personal list with their dedicated roles assigned to them. This will be decided by their discussions with their division heads or branch manager. Multiple roles as per the rewards criteria can be applied for however only one tier 3 reward may be awarded per volunteer.

The volunteers will be responsible for ensuring that they keep “proofs” of their achievements (screenshots of social media metrics, 1st contact with volunteers) while division heads will be responsible for tracking and helping log their progress here on Coda. Once a volunteer logs a request for a reward it will be forwarded to the relevant department head to validate the proof with the branch manager.
