Email Setup

Rules:

Need two email address: admin@ and hello@

Need Resonance group alias: [marketplace]@resonance.nyc with Mike Blank and other stakeholders as members

Set up forwarding from both email addresses to [marketplace]@resonance.nyc

If GSuite:

Ping Natalie to setup gsuite and domain requested by brand and the emails below (both needed for Shopify)

name@[branddomain] (i.e. robert@crouchandfitzgerald.com) - for Admin

hello@[branddomain] (i.e. hello@crouchandfitzgerald.com) - for Public Facing Communications (

@Maddie Barbera⁠

will use this for our Klaviyo setup)

If GoDaddy:

Contact customer service for discounts: You can add the email plans from GoDaddy website but that may cost you more. The plan we add it from our backend end so these are discounted plans. I would suggest you reach out to us so that you can get plans with discounts

Log into GoDaddy → My Products → Domain Manager → Search for domain

Click Products → Email → Get Started

Wait a few minutes for all boxes to become clickable (At first, a number of them are gray)

Update password

Update first name, last name, display name

Forwarding might not be enabled immediately. It took 30 mins to become available for

onenapkin.com⁠

Once forwarding becomes available, click Forward

If forwarding is not enabled, click “Turn on”
