Key Data Points:
Value Score - that Vault’s overall Value Score (scale of 1-5) for the prior month
CSM Scorecard Owner - Consultant aligned
Sales Manager - based on AP
Opportunity Owner - represents Account Partner
Age Days - # of days since the Vault was created
TA Last Update - date of the last update to the Troubled Account record
TA Status - represents if a Troubled Account exists, and if so, what is the status color (blank means no TA exists)
Close Date - represents close dates for any associated Opportunities
Any names that are highlighted are accounts that are on the Low Usage report, but we have Product Utilization on the Scorecard noted as Green.
Low Usage is defined as a Value Score under 1.5 - Value Score is a calculation based on User Activity, Document Views, Document Uploads, Search Activity, and Workflow Activity.
