We are looking for a maverick to generate insane growth for the future of digital companionship. As a Growth Hacker at MetaPals, you should be comfortable in ideating, conceptualising, and executing creative and innovative marketing campaigns that goes beyond conventional means. You would do well if you possess that burning desire to constantly experiment growth ideas that doesn’t restrict your creativity. We need someone that bends the rules, thinks outside the box, and challenges the status quo.

About MetaPals 🐱

MetaPals is a browser extension that allows users to grow virtual companions on your computer browser screen, creating digital life that fosters a genuine sense of virtual companionship. Born from a Masters’ thesis examining the emotional connection between people and digital life, Metapals gives a peek into how we can live a life that is ‘half reality, half meta' to give a truly immersive experience, with MetaPals as your first point of entry into the metaverse. Backed by Protocol Labs, a leading open-source research, development, and deployment laboratory, MetaPals was also part of the Techstars Filecoin Accelerator Program.

What we’ll accomplish together 🙌

As our key growth hacker, you’ll be driving rapid and sustainable business growth through a combination of data analysis, creative experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
But beyond this, we expect you to push the boundaries of what’s possible for the growth of MetaPals, and will do everything in our power to provide you with the resources to execute on these plans. This will include, but hopefully not limited to:
Building innovative and ground-breaking campaigns that make headlines and garner worldwide attention.
Gain virality through online channels like TikTok, IG, AR filters, and more.
Partner with the biggest brands looking to get into the metaverse space, and collaborate with existing projects and charities to leverage on their communities.
With MetaPals at the crossroads between blockchain, gaming, and pets, the sky’s the limit when it comes to innovative and creative growth strategies. We’re looking for that one contrarian thinker that’s able to take charge and hit the ground running to fully take advantage of our potential.

A little about you 🦊

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a related role. (It does not matter if you have the actual number of years of experience but can you perform at a level similar to an individual that does)
Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
Proven experience in successful growth implementations and interventions.
Possess creative, problem solving, and innovativeness.
Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas.
A Highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in your pursuit of growth.
