Summary 🌔

Working in conjunction with the rest of the growth team and reporting directly to our COO and Communications Lead, you’ll be responsible for supporting our creative efforts across design and visual media. With a primary focus on digital assets for social media and taking existing designs and building out to optimize and grow MetaPal’s creative offering.

About MetaPals = Web3 + Gaming + Tamogotchi 🐱

MetaPals are desktop companions that eat, sleep, and play. Through the utility of NFT’s, the developing GameFi business model, and the simplicity of a browser extension, we’re creating digital life that fosters a genuine sense of virtual companionship. All of this is packaged in a small digital pet that lives on your screen, that you will grow to love.
Metapals is much more than a browser extension. It is the first step to bringing life to the Metaverse. The Meta could easily be a very stale, boring, and dull place that is used for advertisements, work, and novel gimmicks. But it can be so much more, if we add compassion. I can't think of a better place to bring life to the meta than with mans best friend, a dog, or pet for that matter. Metapals gives a peek into how we can begin to live a life that is half reality, half in the meta. We then will slowly merge these two, to allow a truly immersive experience that makes a Metapal your companion to the metaverse.
Based in Singapore, we are a remote-friendly company with the possibility to work both off and on location.

What we’ll accomplish together 🙌

Produce on-brand digital content across various social platforms, channels and media formats, such as creation of GIFs, cover art, video thumbnails and illustrated artwork.
Support in designing marketing materials, both digital and printed, with given technical specifications and requirements.
Brainstorm and experiment creative ideas while adhering to brand guidelines.
Passionate about social media content, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels to understand what hooks users in to watch or share.

A little about you 🦊

Have a nice looking portfolio with school projects or client work that can give us a good idea of your skills. To include both video and illustration work.
Are currently in design school or university and want to learn the ropes quickly.
Have confident knowledge of design softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro/Final Cut.
Frequent social media user, ideally on channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Comfortable with flexible working hours as the team is global.
Have a passion for learning and collaborating with others.

Salary range: Negotiable
Position: Internship (8 hours per day)
Commitment: Ideally 6 months (With potential full-time conversion)
