What is to be done?
Organize calls/meetings, qualify contractors/leads
Accompany the deal from the moment of qualification to the signing of the contract. Organize the process of presale, business analytics, project evaluation.
Attend events (conferences, meetups), go to the RoadShow
Form a network of representatives of the web3 industry around yourself and around the company
Work with CRM, analyze the results of your work and adjust the strategy.
Participate in the hypotheses formation process on working with outreach lead generation (LinkedIn, e-mail, RoadShow)

Who is our ideal prospective sales manager?
A person with at least 2 years of experience in IT sales, business development management.
A proactive person who will not wait for directions to action. In our company, you determine yourself how many projects you can bring to the company and invent new approaches, test new hypotheses, study additional tools, and we will always support and help you in this.

Experience in web3 will be a major plus. However, we are ready to work with a person who is not from web3, but who is ready to dive and study a new area (technology, business models, etc.).

Salary fork from $1500 to $2500 + percentage (final offer will be determined based on the results of the interviews).
The percentage of closed deals is 3-7% (the average bill of projects is from $30,000 to $100,000). Interest terms are negotiable.
